DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a shipped order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear pictures of the item and packaging. Do not open, wear or use the product before contacting us.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund for the affected item.
LOCAL ORDERS
Please inspect your order during pickup, meet or delivery. Once the order has been accepted, sanitary products cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDER ACCURACY
Please review all styles, shades, quantities and shipping information before completing checkout. Selecting the wrong product, changing your mind or entering an incorrect address does not qualify for a return or refund.
